Hey all! When I was re-incepting this website, my idea was to focus it upon my own AI art. However, I feel that when I say AI art, people might think it is all about traditional visual artwork that is made with AI… yet this is a place where I’d like to share all of my artistic endeavors. From AI still images to written stories and poetry to filmic animation.
I’d like to include other works too but we’ll see what I can accomplish with the AI tools available to me!
But yeah, I found a website earlier in May (2023) that would allow me to create my own songs! It takes a bunch of liberties with any work you give it and is pretty limited musically but it’s better than anything I could ever produce and ultimately… I think it is very worthwhile!
Also, what was produced was short and all sounds a bit samey… even when I picked various genres… but what I got out of it I think is something I can easily share creatively! So I will be! Over the month of June (2023), I will be posting a new song each day for one month… and two days… because I got a bit overzealous with it.
I will be posting the songs on various platforms (Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) in small incomplete versions but also as full versions on YouTube and this very website!
I’m excited for the project and hope others will be too! I have made certain songs with the intention that people might finally know that I exist and that perhaps I can even reach out to people and become known as a positive entity… I may have said that strangely but hopefully you understand what I mean. The point is that I will need help and it’d mean a lot to me if you would share it.
And because I am asking that you share my work, I would also like to ask that you not harass people in my name. I get that not everybody will see your post or hear you on social media because things move so fast but nobody wants a post they’ve already gotten 700 times and aren’t interested in being sent to them again.
700 shares is being ridiculously optimistic, I know… even 7 shares is probably ridiculously optimistic in all honesty… but I’ve always got high hopes!
Anyhow, the songs will be coming out daily in June so be sure to check out this website for new drops and I’m gonna work on sharing them effectively too!
Anyway, I’ll include the last one I did below as sort of a test. The website lets you pick a style and whether or not you have lyrics or want it to write its own… I had wanted to make something in the Hip Hop style and the lyrics I came up with sounded awful, so I let the program itself write lyrics figuring maybe it’d do a better job… I was wrong. Here’s “Dragon Fight” though…
The other songs I created are better… I mean… they’re still a bit shaky… but they’re better. I’ll talk a bit about them as they drop! Have fun!
